School project again, for cut out animation.
Tough I did it digital again, I had to do it without using tweens, except whenever the camera zooms in or characters fly off the screen.
I had some difficulity settling with a subject for the movie, started and gave up on 4 of them untill I sticked with this, a Kingdum Heartish music video for Discworld's city watch.
The intro and outro doesn't work as well as I hoped, and the animation's still a bit stiff, but I'm happy with it anyway.
Music is Disco dancer from Parka, got it free on my new mp3 player, yay.
Character designs heavely based on Tealin's work, characters appearing in order, ignoring when they reappear, are:
Lupine Wonse, Carcer, Sam Vimes, Lord Vetinary, Angua von Uberwalt, The librarion (not a monkey! Don't say it!), Detrius the troll, Sybil, Rincewind, Moist von Lipwig, Cheery the first ever real female dwarve, Death, Doctor Cruces, Carrot Ironfoundson, John Keel and Vimes and Nobby as kids, nameless silhouettes, Sally (insert long last name) the vamprie lady, Eskarina Smith, Reg Shoe, Buggy Swires (Background gnome hanging under a bird) Sergeant Colon, Erol the swamp dragon and finally adult Nobby.
All Terry Prachett's creation. I asume anyway.
FAVE FAVE FAVE FAVE FAVE etc
Make a remake with bits from Snuff? Please?
Heh, nah.
If I'd ever make more Discworldd Guard animations, it'd be teh reenacment of Sam's psychic breakdown when he yells out the "Where's my cow" children's book during the climax.
Thanks!
Hahah, my pleasure! Love the soundtrack.
Pure awesome.
