IMP episode 34

Yes, teh episode is finally updated with the new voicelines.

Phew, just before the new year, I managed to get one final movie out of the door.

And ehh..I don't like this episode much. It had a lot of problems and rewrites and it's a bit of a mess now, the story makes no sense. And Cazin's voice doesn't work despite 3 retakes. Meh.
It's so unimpressing I gave it the amazing CD-I quality of lame title screen treatment for the..well, title screen. Hoozah.

I wrote the story 2 years ago or something, then when I finally got to animate it, 2 voice actors were unavaileble so I had to cut out the b plot and a running gag with Romzy. But without those, the episode was flat, so I added some loose ideas I had for a summer of sonic movie but meh.

Heh, and the artwork is getting more detailed all the time, which also means I get much more details wrong.
Like it took me to the last 2/3th of the animation to realize... Oh yeah, it rains, maybe characters should be wearing coats and umbrella's and stuff. Whoops. Then again, this is IMP, no logic here. Biggest thing bothering me is that this episode is getting a little too meta occasionally..

Plus the focus on Roger and guest characters doesn't make it feel like a proper IMP episode. Ah well.
Thanks to the IMP gang, and several guests here including , the Deliverence gang from and recurring guests Sylvia and Frobman.

Moral of the story, introducing new characters in the story works best if they have their own little thing to do, rather then be immediatly invited in the main gang, that's just annoying.
And moral for me, immediatly animate the movie after scripting.
